About

Joana Rodrigues a.k.a. Fiuzas is a Portuguese artist currently based in Amsterdam. With a background of product design and fine arts. Since young she liked to explore different materials, but clay was the one that she always sticked to and fell in love with. She likes to explore shapes and textures of this medium to create something she finds beautiful. A lot of times getting inspired by architecture, nature and day to day things she sees and finds interest. She then incorporates it into her work, hand building most of the pieces.
